1. All orders are shipped from the U.K
2. Signature is needed upon receipt.
3. Once orders have been processed we cannot amend or redirect.
4. For UK orders- If nobody is available to sign for the parcel it will be returned to the Royal Mail depot where you will have to then collect or arrange a re-delivery.
5. Shipments will be delivered by Royal Mail (U.K)or Aramex (International).
6. ****Shop and Ship account holders must pay for delivery upon arrival of goods in their country. 

 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Taxes and duty charges must be paid by the customer for shipments outside of the U.K.  These payments must be paid in order for customs to release your goods and then forward to your address. It is your responsibility for all import duties in your country and these rates may vary from country to country. This also applies to returns and exchanges outside the E.U. 

ARAMEX SHOP AND SHIP DELIVERY
International customers can enjoy quick, easy, cost effective shipping with exclusive product discounts when signing up to ‘Shop and Ship’. For account holders-You can shop from Lara Ventura, sign in with your Shop and Ship login details and items will be sent to your delivery address. Aramex Shop and Ship will then receive the package, clear through customs, notify you and then deliver your goods. You can pay for your shipment by cash or online. You can also track your parcel via the Shop and Ship website www.shopandship.com Please note that free shipping is ONLY applicable to U.K Shop and Ship account holders. International Shop and Ship customers will have to pay on delivery in their country.
 
 
ARAMEX SHOP AND SHIP RETURNS
Shop and Ship customers must return orders themselves as like any other international order and pay any customs & duty fees incurred. Please see our Returns Policy below.
 
1.RETURNS 
BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS PLEASE NOTIFY- customerenquiries@laraventura.co.uk
Let us know in the email the reason for returning the items and send back to our address. The address can be found at the bottom of your printed receipt. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

2.RETURNS 
No refunds can be made on knickers, thongs and g-strings due to hygiene reasons.

When receiving goods such as rompers, bodysuits, playsuits and swimwear- please try over your underwear and keep the clear plastic hygiene label intact.

Refunds are accepted provided the items are returned to us within 7 working days (from the day the goods arrive to you) for the U.K. and 14 working days for international. This is on the condition that the goods are…

• Not soiled or worn
• Are in perfectly new condition and re-saleable
• Have all hygiene labels intact
• Have all branded swing tags, ‘Lara Ventura’ swing tags and coding stickers still attached.

Please allow up to 7 working days upon our receipt of your package for your refund to be issued and 14 working days for international. 

Please send items back by a recorded method of delivery as we will not be responsible for any items lost during transit. All postage costs will not be reimbursed or refunded on returned goods. Postage costs and duty/customs charges (international orders) are the customers responsibility on returned orders. However if the goods are faulty we will reimburse this.

Please note that ‘Lara Ventura’ and designer brands carried by ‘Lara Ventura’ are of superior quality and some are of a delicate nature due to their composition. Some garments are made of silk, foil printed lycra, velvet and delicate French lace and must be cared for in the correct way. ‘Lara Ventura’ insists that all products on the site are to follow the care instructions below.

• Hand- wash only
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not iron
• Drip dry
• No bleaching

 
This information is also stated on the ‘Lara Ventura’ swing tag, which is attached to every garment. No refund or exchange will be given on items that have not been cared for in the correct way. All items are checked for flaws and signed off before sending out to the customer.
